This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how MFOX handles order deliveries, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on our website.

1. Shipping Policy
A. Delivery Timelines

We strive to process and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
B. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • Flat ₹50 shipping charge for COD orders or orders below the minimum threshold
C. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can track your order via the courier partner’s website or our Track Order page.

D. Delivery Partners

We partner with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

E. International Shipping

We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Returns & Replacements
A. Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact
B. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following (unless received damaged):

  • Screen guards, cables, and cleaning kits
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or part of flash sales
C. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, email us at support@yourwebsite.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence, if applicable

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.

D. Return Pickup
  • We will schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner
  • The product must be packed securely in its original condition
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item
3. Refund Policy
A. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
B. Refund Denials

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • The return request was submitted beyond the allowed return window
4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may still request a return after delivery
